What is Brunel webmail?
Brunel webmail is for postgraduate students, affiliates and staff can access their Brunel Office 365 emails from any device using Office 365 Webmail. On campus, they have access to Outlook’s features, such as calendaring and sharing information through public folders.
Brunel office 365 allows undergraduates and alumni to access their Brunel email via webmail, from any device. Provides features such as logging in to your Office 365 email account, using Office 365 webmail, and creating your Office 365 username and password.
How to Create or Register Brunel email Account?
Creating an account means you can check the status of any applications you’ve made, update your contact details, and register for job alerts. You’ll also be able to withdraw an application if you need to make changes or change your mind about applying.
Fill out the following information to create a Brunel email account:

How to Configuring Brunel email iOS Mail for Office 365?
- First open your ‘Settings’ option device (setting, contact, calendar etc option).
- Scroll down and select ‘Accounts & Passwords’ option.

- Select ‘Exchange’ button (icloud, exchange, google yahoo etc).
- Enter your email@example.com and a description for the account (in this example Office 365).

How to Setup Brunel email on Outlook for Windows?
All members or students of the College use Outlook to access their emails. Outlook can also be accessed from the web, or the client can be installed on your PC, Mac, iOS or Android device. Outlook must be pre-installed on a college PC for easy access to your emails.
If you use another application, such as the Gmail app or the native mobile app, to access your emails, you’ll need to set an app password.
If you do not have applications fee installed on your device, you will need to log in to Office 365 and select ‘Install Office 365’ from the top right corner of the home page to be installed on your device.
Follow these steps to set up your account once downloaded:
- First open your Open Outlook and you will be shown a screen with a screen.
- Enter your username and username current password.

- The University reserves the right to delete the phone data if the phone is lost or tampered with.
- The university will only implement if it is advised that the phone has been stolen.
- Click OK button.

- Here you can choose how often the device looks for mail and exactly what you want to sync with your Emitter account.
- You should then be asked to specify an account name. In this example, we have chosen.

- Open your University Gmail account on your computer.
- At the top right of the screen there will be a settings symbol which looks like a cog. Click on it.
- Click the ‘Settings’ option in the menu that appears.
- Then click Forwarding and POP / IMAP tab.
- In your “Forwarding” section, click Add a forwarding address.
- Enter the email address of the messages you want to forward and click ‘Next’ button.
- Proceed to the pop-up box and then click OK button.
- A verification message will be sent to that email address by clicking the verification link of the received message.
- This will launch a web page requesting confirmation.
- Click Confirm to allow Gmail to send emails to that forwarding address.
- Select to forward a copy of the incoming mail and select the email address that you want to forward.
- Now choose what you want to be from the Gmail version of your emails. To make sure you always have a secure copy of the emails you receive, keep an eye on your emails from your University Gmail account.

- First you visit brunelalumni.com.
- Click on the ‘GET STARTED’ or ‘JOIN NOW’ buttons from the banner image at the top of the page or scroll down to find the blue ‘GET STARTED’ button.
- You will be asked to sign in using your LinkedIn, Google or Facebook account or you can register from your email address.
- Your account will be verified for you as soon as possible and be sure to update the course information using the full name used on Brunel.
- If signed in with your LinkedIn, Google, or Facebook account, some profile information may be imported from this network to form your profile on the platform.
- Users will be asked to confirm that they allow access to some of their information from this social network.
- If you sign in from an email address, you will be prompted for profile information, including your name, email address and affiliation with Brunel.
- You will also be asked to create a password that you must create.
- Accounts created by LinkedIn, Google or Facebook automatically use the details (email address and password) associated with these accounts.
- Users who register with an email address will be required to choose a password.
- Once you sign up for an account, their team will check your details and you will be able to access the network using your profile.
- If you should receive an email notification outlining that your request has been denied, your information will be verified.
How to Brunel webmail registered with us through eVision?
Continuing the work of the university to make Brunel more involved, your emails and eVision will now reflect your “known” name if you have completed this field when you register with them through eVision.
As stated in the policy for transgender students, this is part of their commitment to support them in expressing their chosen gender identity. It is also very beneficial for many students, such as international students who can take an English name and even those who use a shorter version of their legal name.

Accessing the network – Brunel University London webmail
All students and staff members are entitled to a Brunel Network account. This account allows you to access the Internet, email, wireless and many more services. The following step guide provides some computing firstname.lastname@example.org.
New employees joining the university should bring a document in the computing support office in which they are employed by Brunel University as proof of identity. To expedite this, notify your department in advance to ask the computing support team so that it is ready to store the details. Queries related to network access can be directed to the computing support team.
You work through the first three items as quickly as possible to set up your network set access. All other information will help you with information about the Computer Center service as well as what the account provides.
Obtain a Brunel Network Account
- If you are not able to get a network account, you should contact the computing support team.
- If you are a distance learning student and you forgot your password, you should ask your departmental administrator or supervisor to get a new password on your behalf from the computing support team.

- If you need help resetting your password online, register on the password portal.
- If you change your network password, then remember to change it on all your personal devices.

The cost of the course

How much money will be needed on top of the fee
If you want to apply for a student visa to study at Brunel, you must meet the finance requirements in the visa application. You have enough money to support yourself when you are in the UK. In addition to the first-year tuition fees, when applying for a student visa for Brunel University London, you must show that you spend £1,334 per month (maximum nine months, or, £12,006) per month for each of your courses.
If you have applied to live in on-campus accommodation, the maximum amount you can deduct from the living expenses part of the financial requirement of your visa application will now be £1,334.
Students must not pay the university more than £1,334 for accommodation before arriving in the UK. Instead you should retain more accommodation payments in your bank account, to support your visa application.
